Appointments canceled within 48 hours of service time will be charged 100% of service. The cancellation fee is for time held, not for the missed appointment. This policy is to protect the livelihood of my small business. If you are feeling unwell 48 hours before your appointment please reschedule. If I become sick and miss work it is a huge detriment to Voorpret and to other clients missing their appointments because I must shut down. If you arrive sick, I have to refuse service for the safety of myself and others.
